Codorus Veterans Memorial Committee

2600 Smith Station RD.

Codorus State Park,, PA 17331

Subj. Tribute to our Heroes Legacy

I am writing in regards to honoring those who served our country with heroism. We need your  participation at the Codorus Sate Park Veteran Memorial.  We wish you could support the Hanover area memorial.  The Codorus Sate Park Veterans Memorial is an opportunity for citizens to show their veterans respect and gratitude.  We should want to show veteran’s family and friends that their grateful sacrifice will never be forgot.

With your assistance we could make this a more special event by giving support from you.  Codorus Sate Park Veteran Memorial is a great opportunity for veterans in your area to be proud.  You can take responsibility to show future generations that patriotism and loyalty are a hallmark of a great nation. This memorial is dedicated to the countless Americans who fought in the wars of past and present to defend life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Many of us have relatives and ancestors who made the ultimate sacrifice for a better nation and world. They will forever be in our hearts and memories.

In closing, I appeal to you for assistance to take the necessary actions; in making the recognition of all military veterans of Hanover area in Pennsylvania at the Codorus Sate Park Veteran Memorial on Veterans Day.  We appeal to you in helping raise funds to maintain and expand the memorial for our area.  I want to thank you for your service to our country. A fitting and proper memorial is a small way of showing our appreciation for their service. Privately funded and created. Please pass information to area residents about the Codorus Sate Park Veteran Memorial grounds. They can visit our website http://www.friends-of-codorus.org. I look forward to speaking with you about the agenda.

Sincerely,
